My name is Ella and I had an absolute wonderful experience with my favorite nail girl Lee! She was very sweet to me and also patient. My nails always look fabulous when she does them. She also does eyelashes which I get only in the summer but they are always soooo cute!
The staff is amazing, they always make my daughter and I feel so welcomed. Their staff is fully versed in all things nails, and have been able to do any design I bring with me! We look forward to our bi-weekly visits to the Salon!
My go to place for Acrylic Nails. More than 5 years I’ve been a customer. Pedicure is great too, and Li does all the waxing and lashes. They get busy so be prepared to wait, BUT it’s worth the wait!! 🤩🤩 they will always fix a chip if I mess up within a few days. Every single technician is awesome. I find their prices fair with going rates. They prefer cash so bring it ahead of time.
Fantastic nail salon!! Lee runs a great team of technicians. They are friendly, welcoming and professional - and they do truly impeccable work! Their space is bright, clean and super comfortable. They always take the time to understand my needs, whether it’s a basic mani-pedi or a special occasion custom design. Also, Lee’s waxing services are perfection - at a very reasonable price. After moving to Berkeley from SF, I had several disappointing experiences at more expensive salons. I’m so glad I found Polished Nail Spa, as they do amazing work at a great price!!
Tran literally just gave me the best manicure I have ever had. She is so meticulous and gave me exactly what I asked for! I usually don’t like acrylics because they’re too clunky but I needed them because of the design I wanted. She made them perfectly shaped and thin! She also did the design perfectly too. So detail oriented!! All of the ladies at the shop are SO nice and it is ridiculously cheap!! Tip well!! It’s worth it!
Le is the best nail tech in Berkeley!! I’ve been going to Polished Nail Spa for 10 years and nothing makes me feel more alive then getting a fresh full set of extra long tips from Le. They last so long and the compliments I get on my signature Ferrari Red nails are endless. Thank you Le and Polished Nail Spa for always being so fun and professional. You’re the best!
I love coming to Polished nails! I’ve been a consistent customer for over a year and I absolutely love spending my time with Lee, Nancy, and Hannah. They all make you feel welcomed and excited to be there right when you walk in. I usually text them before to check if it’s busy or not so I can avoid waiting. They are building their new location so the temporary spot is small and cozy. Lee is also amazing at acrylic and your nails will look natural and she can do literally any design that you show her. Make sure to make an appointment if you’re getting acrylic because she gets really busy!
